Welcome to Hype It, owned and operated by MSM Production Establishment, a registered entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.
2. Eligibility
The Application is not directed at children under thirteen (13) years of age. Users under eighteen (18) may use the Application only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable regulations.
3. User Accounts
Users may register using supported authentication services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the Application via Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. User Content
Users may post content such as:
- Reviews
- Ratings
- Photos
- Comments
Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Application a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display such content within the platform.
5. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious or harmful material
- Interfere with application functionality
- Impersonate others
6. Location Services
The Application may use location data to show nearby places and improve user experience.
Users may disable location access at any time.
7. Content & Account Moderation
MSM Production reserves the right to:
- Remove or restrict any content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Take action against violations
This may occur without prior notice.
Certain places may require reviews to be approved before they are published. Users may report content they believe violates these Terms by contacting info@letshypeitup.com, and reported content will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software related to Hype It are owned by MSM Production or licensed accordingly.
No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.
9. Third-Party Businesses
The Application may display third-party business listings.
We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of information
- Quality of services
- Transactions between users and businesses
10. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
MSM Production is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. Language
These Terms may be made available in Arabic and English. The Arabic version is provided for convenience; in the event of any conflict before a competent authority in the Kingdom that requires the Arabic text, the Arabic version shall be given effect to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

📄 الشروط والأحكام
آخر تحديث: 15 يونيو 2026 — هذه الترجمة العربية مقدمة للتيسير، ويُعمل بها وفق ما تقضي به الأنظمة المعمول بها.
مرحبًا بك في تطبيق Hype It المملوك والمدار بواسطة مؤسسة MSM Production، وهي مؤسسة مسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
باستخدامك للتطبيق أو الدخول إليه فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت عليها. وإذا كنت لا توافق عليها فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
2. أهلية الاستخدام
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة. ويشترط لاستخدام من هم دون الثامنة عشرة الحصول على موافقة الولي أو الوصي وفق ما تقضي به الأنظمة المعمول بها.
3. حسابات المستخدمين
يمكن للمستخدمين التسجيل عبر خدمات المصادقة المدعومة.
المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابه وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله.
يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه نهائيًا في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق عبر: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ويؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة بيانات الحساب وفق ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
4. محتوى المستخدم
يمكن للمستخدمين نشر محتوى مثل: التقييمات، والمراجعات، والصور، والتعليقات.
يحتفظ المستخدم بملكية المحتوى الخاص به، ويمنح التطبيق ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري لاستخدام هذا المحتوى وتخزينه وعرضه داخل المنصة.
5. الاستخدام المحظور
يُحظر على المستخدم:
- نشر محتوى غير نظامي أو ضار أو مضلل
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية
- رفع مواد خبيثة أو ضارة
- التدخل في عمل التطبيق
- انتحال شخصية الآخرين
6. خدمات الموقع الجغرافي
قد يستخدم التطبيق بيانات الموقع لعرض الأماكن القريبة وتحسين تجربة المستخدم، ويمكن للمستخدم تعطيل الوصول إلى الموقع في أي وقت.
7. الإشراف على المحتوى والحسابات
تحتفظ مؤسسة MSM Production بالحق في:
- إزالة أو تقييد أي محتوى
- تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات
- اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة حيال المخالفات
وقد يتم ذلك دون إشعار مسبق.
قد تتطلب بعض الأماكن اعتماد المراجعات قبل نشرها. ويمكن للمستخدم الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى يعتقد أنه مخالف لهذه الشروط عبر البريد info@letshypeitup.com، وستتم مراجعة المحتوى المُبلغ عنه وإزالته متى كان ذلك مناسبًا.
8. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والعلامات والشعارات والبرمجيات المتعلقة بتطبيق Hype It مملوكة لمؤسسة MSM Production أو مرخصة لها، ولا تُمنح أي حقوق إلا وفق ما هو منصوص عليه صراحةً.
9. الأنشطة التجارية للغير
قد يعرض التطبيق بيانات أنشطة تجارية تعود لأطراف ثالثة، ولسنا مسؤولين عن دقة المعلومات، أو جودة الخدمات، أو التعاملات بين المستخدمين وتلك الأنشطة.
10. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع.
11. حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل مؤسسة MSM Production المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.
12. النظام الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويختص بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها أو عن استخدام التطبيق الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
13. اللغة
قد تُتاح هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويُعمل بالنص العربي أمام الجهات المختصة في المملكة متى اقتضت الأنظمة ذلك.
14. التعديلات
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرار الاستخدام موافقة على التحديثات.
