مرحبًا بك في تطبيق Hype It المملوك والمدار بواسطة مؤسسة MSM Production، وهي مؤسسة مسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نحن نلتزم بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين والتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية بمسؤولية وشفافية وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL).
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
قد نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية، سواء بشكل مباشر منك أو بشكل تلقائي عند استخدام التطبيق:
- الاسم أو اسم المستخدم
- البريد الإلكتروني
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google أو أي مزود تسجيل دخول معتمد
- بيانات الموقع الجغرافي عند منح الإذن
- التقييمات والمراجعات والمحتوى الذي ينشره المستخدم
- الصور التي يرفعها المستخدم
- معلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وسجلات الاستخدام
2. الأساس النظامي لمعالجة البيانات
نعالج البيانات الشخصية استنادًا إلى واحد أو أكثر من الأسس التالية وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية:
- موافقة المستخدم الصريحة عند التسجيل أو منح الأذونات (مثل إذن الموقع الجغرافي)
- تنفيذ العلاقة التعاقدية بيننا وبين المستخدم (تشغيل الحساب وتقديم خدمات التطبيق)
- المصلحة الفعلية للتطبيق بما لا يتعارض مع حقوق المستخدم (مثل حماية التطبيق من إساءة الاستخدام)
- الالتزام بمتطلبات نظامية معمول بها في المملكة
3. استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم البيانات للأغراض التالية:
- تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خدماته
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم وتطوير الأداء
- عرض محتوى وأماكن مناسبة حسب الموقع
- تمكين التقييمات والمراجعات داخل التطبيق
- التواصل مع المستخدم عند الحاجة
- حماية التطبيق من الإساءة أو الاستخدام غير المشروع
- تحليل الأداء وتحسين الخدمة
4. مشاركة المعلومات
لا نقوم ببيع البيانات الشخصية.
قد نشارك بعض البيانات فقط مع:
- مزودي الخدمات التقنية (مثل الاستضافة أو التحليلات)
- الجهات الرسمية إذا طُلب ذلك بموجب النظام
ومن أبرز مزودي الخدمات الذين نتعامل معهم: Google (المصادقة، قواعد البيانات السحابية، وخدمات خرائط وأماكن Google)، وApple (تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple)، وExpo (بناء التطبيق وتحديثه). كما قد يعرض التطبيق معلومات وتقييمات للأماكن مصدرها خدمة Google Maps، وقد تتضمن أسماء ومحتوى نشره مستخدمون آخرون لدى Google.
5. نقل البيانات خارج المملكة
قد تتم معالجة أو تخزين بعض البيانات لدى مزودي خدمات تقنية موثوقين تقع أنظمتهم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية (مثل خدمات المصادقة والاستضافة السحابية المقدمة من Google وApple). وتشمل هذه المعالجة جهات قد تعالج البيانات في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (Google وApple وExpo). ويتم ذلك في حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة المعمول بها، بما في ذلك ضوابط نقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة الصادرة عن الجهة المختصة، ومع اتخاذ الضمانات المناسبة لحماية البيانات — بما فيها الضمانات التعاقدية المعتمدة ضمن اتفاقيات معالجة البيانات مع هذه الجهات (مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية). ويمكن للمستخدم طلب معلومات عن هذه الضمانات عبر التواصل معنا.
6. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي
قد يستخدم التطبيق بيانات الموقع لعرض الأماكن القريبة وتحسين التجربة.
يمكن للمستخدم تعطيل الموقع من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.
7. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم
المستخدم مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن أي محتوى ينشره داخل التطبيق مثل:
- التقييمات
- الصور
- التعليقات
ويحق للتطبيق:
- مراجعة المحتوى
- تعديل أو حذف أي محتوى مخالف
- تقييد أو منع أي استخدام مخالف
8. حماية البيانات
نطبق إجراءات أمنية وتقنية مناسبة لحماية البيانات، ولكن لا يمكن ضمان الأمان الكامل لأي نظام إلكتروني.
9. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية طوال مدة قيام الحساب وبالقدر اللازم لتحقيق الأغراض الموضحة في هذه السياسة، أو للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة المعمول بها. وعند انتهاء الحاجة إلى البيانات أو حذف الحساب، يتم إتلاف البيانات الشخصية أو إخفاء هويتها بشكل لا يمكن معه التعرف على صاحبها، مع جواز الاحتفاظ بما تُلزم الأنظمة بالاحتفاظ به.
10. حقوق المستخدم
وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق للمستخدم:
- العلم بكيفية جمع بياناته ومعالجتها
- طلب الوصول إلى بياناته الشخصية والحصول على نسخة منها
- طلب تصحيح أو تحديث أو إكمال بياناته
- طلب إتلاف بياناته الشخصية في الحالات التي يجيزها النظام
- سحب الموافقة على معالجة البيانات في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة السابقة للسحب
كما يمكن للمستخدم من داخل التطبيق: تنزيل نسخة من بياناته (الإعدادات ← تنزيل بياناتي) بصيغة قابلة للقراءة الآلية، وحذف حسابه نهائيًا (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، وسيؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة بيانات الحساب وفق ما هو موضح في هذه السياسة.
يتم التعامل مع الطلبات خلال المدة النظامية المحددة في اللوائح ذات العلاقة. وللمستخدم — في حال تعذر معالجة طلبه — التقدم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة (الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا»).
11. بيانات القاصرين
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. وإذا تبين لنا جمع بيانات من هذه الفئة دون موافقة نظامية من الولي، فسنقوم بحذفها. ويشترط لاستخدام من هم دون الثامنة عشرة الحصول على موافقة الولي وفق ما تقضي به الأنظمة.
12. التواصل بشأن البيانات
يجوز للمستخدم التواصل معنا بشأن بياناته أو حسابه أو لممارسة أي من حقوقه الموضحة أعلاه عبر البريد التالي:
وسيتم التعامل مع الطلبات وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها والمتطلبات التشغيلية والأمنية للتطبيق.
13. التعديلات
يجوز لنا تعديل سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر.
يُعد استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة على السياسة الجديدة.

Welcome to Hype It, owned and operated by MSM Production Establishment, a registered entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are committed to protecting user privacy and handling personal data responsibly and transparently in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information, either directly from you or automatically through your use of the Application:
- Name or username
- Email address
- Sign-in data via Apple, Google, or any supported sign-in provider
- Location data, when permission is granted
- Ratings, reviews, and content posted by the user
- Photos uploaded by the user
- Device information, operating system, and usage logs
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on one or more of the following grounds under the PDPL:
- The user's explicit consent at registration or when granting permissions (such as location access)
- Performance of the contractual relationship between us and the user (operating the account and providing the Application's services)
- The Application's legitimate (actual) interest, in a manner that does not conflict with the user's rights (such as protecting the Application from abuse)
- Compliance with applicable statutory requirements in the Kingdom
3. How We Use Information
- Operating the Application and providing its services
- Improving user experience and performance
- Showing relevant content and places based on location
- Enabling in-app ratings and reviews
- Communicating with the user when needed
- Protecting the Application from abuse or unlawful use
- Analyzing performance and improving the service
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data only with:
- Technical service providers (such as hosting or analytics)
- Official authorities where required by law
Our principal service providers are: Google (authentication, cloud database, and Google Maps/Places services), Apple (Sign in with Apple), and Expo (app build and update delivery). The Application may also display venue information and reviews sourced from Google Maps, which may include names and content submitted by other users to Google.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some data may be processed or stored by trusted technical service providers whose systems are located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (such as authentication and cloud-hosting services provided by Google and Apple). This includes providers that may process data in the United States of America (Google, Apple, and Expo). This is done within the limits permitted by applicable regulations, including the rules on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom issued by the competent authority, and with appropriate safeguards in place to protect the data — including the contractual safeguards adopted in our data processing agreements with these providers (such as standard contractual clauses). Users may request information about these safeguards by contacting us.
6. Location Data
The Application may use location data to show nearby places and improve the experience. Users may disable location access from device settings at any time.
7. User-Generated Content
Users are fully responsible for any content they post within the Application, such as ratings, photos, and comments. The Application reserves the right to review content, edit or remove violating content, and restrict or block violating use.
8. Data Protection
We apply appropriate technical and security measures to protect data; however, complete security of any electronic system cannot be guaranteed.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as the account exists and as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable regulations. When the data is no longer needed, or upon account deletion, personal data is destroyed or anonymized so that the individual can no longer be identified, except for data we are legally required to retain.
10. Your Rights
Under the PDPL, users have the right to:
- Be informed of how their data is collected and processed
- Request access to their personal data and obtain a copy of it
- Request correction, updating, or completion of their data
- Request destruction of their personal data in the cases permitted by law
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
From within the Application, users may also: download a machine-readable copy of their data (Settings → Download my data) and permanently delete their account (Settings → Delete account), which deletes account data as described in this policy.
Requests are handled within the statutory period set out in the relevant regulations. If a request cannot be resolved, users may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom (the Saudi Data & AI Authority, SDAIA).
11. Children's Data
The Application is not directed at children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that such data has been collected without valid guardian consent, we will delete it. Users under eighteen (18) require guardian consent as provided by applicable regulations.
12. Contacting Us About Your Data
Users may contact us about their data or account, or to exercise any of the rights above, at: info@letshypeitup.com. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the operational and security requirements of the Application.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
